At Store Purchase: Return & Exchange

Lemon Farm does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is quality defective.
Show a receipt to return/exchange your order.
Returns/refunds ONLY at the store of purchase .
You can return or exchange the product:
1. Fresh and frozen products within 3 days of the received date.
2. Dry goods within 5 days of the received date.
Customers only return the product only when we require further inspections.
No cash refund.
The exchange/return process usually takes 7-10 working days.
Refund Duration
1. Bank transfer/ counter payment take 7-10 days after receive required information
2. Credit/ Debit card takes 30-45 days (the issue bank is responsible for the refund process)
